So I was contacted by someone on Steam to request a trade, we talked and agreed upon a price, and he said he'd send the money first. Since I've never received money through Paypal, I wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for in terms of emails and such, so he sent me the "Invoice Details" and since again, I've never seen this page before, it looked relatively legit, so I end up trading the item before the supposed 3 hours, and when I asked when the money was supposed to arrive, he blocked me on Steam. PLEASE HELP, the agreed price was 70$ thus when I saw the 70$ there, I thought it was okay to trade him the item.
