I purchased a furnace but company did not complete installation

I purchased a furnace on 12/19/17.  I paid for it in full on 12/20/17.  It was delivered and partially installed but company did not complete.  I still do not have it completey installed even though I have had conversation with them about days to do, etc.

I believe because your furnace was delivered in person and installed - as per the User Agreement, your transaction is probably not covered via Buyer Protection.   You do have the option to open a dispute in the Resolution Center, however, if you used a credit card to pay, then you may want to contact the card issuer for assistance as they may be able to help.
