I made a refund, it says it went though, but i don't have my money

So i bought a new mouse recently and it didn't work right, so i sent it back to the buyer and it just said it was refunded into my paypal, but even though it says "+$24.99" it doesn't show up in my paypal wallet, and not on my credit card, it says compleated and not pending so im not sure what happened.

It will take seveal days, but not more than 30, to get back to credit card if that's where it started.
