On January 10th, I made a $700 transaction via PayPal invoice. I have pictures of him with the parcel on January 30th and I have screenshots of him saying he won't refund me. I've already filed a claim, but is there anyway I can submit these pictures to provide better evidence? I work hard for my money and just want to make sure $700 doesn't get lost like that.

pictures and emails are worthless ,robot cannot view pictures or read emails.
but he must present an online viewable tracking showing delivery from a commercial carrier to your paypal address.

IN CASE ROBOT favors him,you then appeal,if not file chargeback with your cc issuer.
make a hard copy of tracking,it does not stay online or offline forever/
