I cant pay for some items on Ebay.

I successfully bought some items today from ebay but for some other I get the message

"Unfortunately, we can't process your payment. Here are your options:

• Check out with another PayPal method, like the one we're showing now.
• Select a different payment option."

Money is not an issue as I have more than enough for the item and exchange currency.

The error appeared just after I bought 6 items 10 minutes ago.
