I can't use my Paypal balance

Hey, When im about to pay using Paypal or send money to a friend Im asked to select between my linked cards mc or visa as a funds source While i have more than 200$ as balance in my paypal So that the amount is deducted from card not Paypal Please help me to use my balance

Not sure how it works in your country but normally if you want to use funds in your paypal balance they have to be in the correct currency that the person you are sending to accepts. If it is then you also need to click on the balance > manage currencies > mark USD as your primary currency (until you want to change it back again). OR you can try converting it on that same page to the currency that the people you are sending the money to accepts.
