I can't pay to other PayPal accounts

I have been trying to send money to a company to buy their product but PayPal wont let me. It always says that "PayPal can't send you money right now." I have tried to contact their support but they are always offline.

What funding source are you using to send the paypal payment?

Is it in the correct currency.

What other funding sources do you have linked?

Do you have any account limitations?

Have you got sending / withdrawing limits that you have reached?

I am using my current PayPal balance to send the payment. Yes, it is in the correct current (USD). I have a Mastercard linked to my account but it is not selected as preferred. I have a $1,000 withdrawal limit per year and sending limit is lifted.

If you have your balance selected as your prefered funding source AND its cleared and not pending then sorry not sure why its not going through.

Think your best bet is to call customer services.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top. Log in and get the code.
When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent OR just say the word 'Agent'".
