I can't get them to stop a recurring payment!

I hate paypal.  They don't answer the phone or send anything but generic useless emails.  I just want them to stop making a monthly payment.  I can't even get a straight answer out of them.

I feel your pain!  I quit after 11 minutes.  I got tired of making up lyrics to sing along with the peppy music interspersed with the annoying "did you knows".
