I can't choose my confirmed bank accounts when checking out with a merchant!

I was trying to purchase some items last night from several different merchants, and I wasn't able to select any of my confirmed bank accounts to pay. The only option I had was my credit card. Is there a setting I need to change or should I call customer service?

I have the same problem. I cannot check out with my paypal account or my credit card. I called the credit card company and they say the charges were approved by them but voided by ebay. I called PayPal and was told the problem is with the credit card company! What can I do ?
