Hi, I am having an issue sending money to a friend. I was able to send roughly 900$ last week, but this week, every time I try to send money, it says, 'Your payment can not be completed at this time."
My account is unverified in terms of bank, but I have a verified email. I have received no email from paypal about my account being limited, nor does paypal say I have any restrictions in the "see how much you can send" tab.
