I have recently bought and Ipad,
I have paid to the seller through paypal in 2 payments (600 + 100 $)
unfortunatally, after that
= he stopped responding to all my emails
= he stopped responding to my paypal massages,
= he did not provide shipping track number to me
= I did not recive my item yet, ( 10 days since the payment )
I went to paypal resolution center. and only feature that i can use is
= report a problem ==> report unotharized use
I did not dind an option of ( i did not recive my item)
I opened a case and in the problem discription i have descripe my problem.
Is what i did correct or not?
please help me?
How did you pay the seller?
1. Invoice sent by him.
2. Money request sent by him.
3. Send money > goods / services.
4. Send money > family / friends.
And no you did not do the right thing you should have come here for advice first.
What you have done is tell paypal your paypal account was hacked and used to make a payment that you did not authorise.

the problem that i make this report because there was no other option to report that i did not recive item, even that i have waited until the recommended period of item arrivals finished
Seems very odd that you did not have the non receipt option.
I think you need to phone customer services > explain why you have opened an unauthorised dispute and ask them to change it to one of non receipt.
if you have used your credit card,just make 2 chargebacks with them.
Your paypal case will close,Paypal will then tell the seller you have filed a chargeback with your cc issuer and he should submit proofs of shipping and delivery.
