I am not able to cancel a pending order

Hi, I bought an item on Ebay but I realized only after paying for the object that it is probably a scam. The payment is on "pending" status but I'm not able to cancel it even thought I should be able to. Is there any way to cancel it? I don't want to lose my money

Normally when you make a purchase and want to cancel it, it has to be done on the seller's end.

It is on "unclaimed status" so I should be able to cancel it, but I can't no matter what I try, please help
