I had to open a claim for an item that I did not receive. I would like to upload the files I have related to my purchase, howerer I am not sure how or where to go to upload the files.
Any information or help would be greatly appriciated.
All you should need is a lack of tracking to show delivered. For a non-delivery claim seller will be requested to show proof of delivery. You didn't receive the item; you don't need supporting documentation for that.
