How to transfer Available money to bank account?

Hello

I have been sent a payment and its in the section "available money" I would like to send this money to my linked bank account. However when I click on transfer money it says my paypal balance is £0.00

so I cant select what I want to send as it says nothing is there

how do I actually send money from my Available money to my linked bank account?

what is the payment for?

if you have sold something,then upload tracking .

No its just a payment from a business to myself... no postage or tracking involved

Below is what I get to see. Isee my available money... when I click on transfer it takes me to the next page where it says I have 0 paypal balance so when I pick what to send to my bank it wont let me pick my paypal balance... how do I get that money into my bank? Thank you
