It seems that PayPal employees are either too stupid or don't care about the application of payments. I have four promotions that all began in December 2017. Three of them are zero interest for 6 months. One is 24 month payments. The problem is that I continue to send excess payments in a chance to payoff as many of the 3 6 month promotions before they come due, but PayPal seems unable to properly apply the excess amounts at my direction. I am unable to find a mailing address of where to send a certified letter. My questions: (1) does anyone know the secrete to getting excess payments applied at my direction; and (2) does anyone have an actual mailing address for me to send a detail of my accounting so someone will take notice?
