I bought something off Ebay but, it never shipped, So I requested a refund and got refunded. Now, I bought the same item from another seller but I notice that it might not be authentic (I contacted the seller asking if it the item is authentic and the seller said they are authentic). May I claim a refund if they are not authentic?
