PayPal is the worst company ever. They care nothing about customer service. They will tell you that they understand and our sorry, but will not handle your issue. They locked my account permanently for sending payments via friends and family to friends and family with no proof what so ever. Then when someone charged back on me 3 different payments after 4 months. PayPal granted them the Dispute and put my account negative -370$. my suggestion move to squarecash. The cash app. Its way easier and better. The customer service actually is helpful and cares about there customers
