How do you verify your account??

I swear, I have not yet found a straight answer as to how to verify my acount.

I just recently purchased a card reader from this very website, and when I got it and tried to set it up it tells me Im not elligible.

I've seena a lot of people say your account needs to be verified.

The question is, how the heck do you do this?

My SSN is in and so is my bank account info (I get all my funds trasferred to my bank account in a few days after making the money) 

So what else do I need to do ?

Link a credit or debit card.  Click Wallet at top menu to add card.

"Click wallet at top of menu"??????   What are you talking ab0ut?   I received an e-mail saying I had to "verify" my account. No clue as to how to do this. All I got was this comment about  a "wallet"     Why are you playing these silly games?  Why don't you just tell me, in terms that make sense, what I have to do to "verify" my paypal account?
