How do i withdraw my funds without a US account

Please can you assist, i need to withdraw my funds but i do not have the US account only a credit card is link. The thing is i'm not in the US and do not have a US account. Is there any options avialable?

According to what PayPal offers to South African account, funds from PayPal account can be withdrawn "to your bank account".  It doesn't even say a US account was an option so I presume to a bank in South Africa.
