I created my PayPal account back in 2006, in the U.S.A. However, I now live in the Philippines and have only a Philippine bank (savings) account. I was able to link the account's debit card to PayPay (thanks to bank's MasterCard participation) but I can't link my bank account itself to PayPal. This turned out to be a problem when I tried to fund my account using the debit card . . . PayPal permits funding only from U.S. bank accounts . . . NOT from debit cards.
So how do I fund my PayPal account from here in the Philippines?
