Hello. I bought a phone recently off ebay and paid via paypal. One week later, I did not receive the phone, I thus asked to get a replacement phone. The seller instead gave me a refund. The thing is, I really need this phone, and the option to talk with this seller is gone because he refunded me. Is there any way I can contact him after he refunded me?
