How do I cancel (refund) an incoming echeck payment from a customer?

There is some help screen that states there is a cancel button on the transaction but I do not have one. I just want to refund the customer as they paid in cash by coming to my business. Please help

I am having this same issue -- all of the Help articles I read say to click on the Cancel Payment link under the Transaction Details, but there is no Cancel Payment link for me! Frustrating.
