I am sending money to a family member and accidentally submitted it as if I were buying goods, so he would have to pay a fee to accept. I need to cancel this and send it correctly with no fee. I see the pending transaction (paid via credit) but no option to cancel that payment. He is purposely not accepting it so I can figure it out -- and everything I've read says there should be a visible button to cancel it while it's pending, and I don't see anything.
