I bought two items on eBay. Their PayPal accounts are SHENZHENZAI and SHENZHENCHU. They didn't respond to my cancel request. Now my orders hasn't been shipped yet. eBay said it‘s too late. I don't understand. I have been waiting for five days.
If you don't receive the items you can file a dispute for non receipt.
If you received the items but they are mis-described then you can file a dispute for that.
As for just cancelling orders then you should sort that out with the seller, if they don't want to cancel they don't have to depends on their return policy if you can return the items, if they are private or business sellers.
