I had placed an order on December 29 through Collections Etc. website. The seller had to cancel the order because the item was out of stock. The seller wasn't able to cancel the Paypal transaction. It's been 30 days, and the payment is still pending. How can I be able to cancel the pending payment, when there is no "cancel payment" button?
