How Do I cancel postage if it's not shipped and I printed the wrong kind?

Hi I am new at selling on eBay and I was informed to use Priority (not Express) Shoe boxes and it was okay to use ground postage. But because it is a priority box it needs priority shipping> I have already paid for ground in Paypal, and have been charged. I want to print a new priority label and cancel what I have already paid. 

Please help.
