Hoping for Insight on Credit Refunds

Recently made a purchase that was refunded to me, never made a credit purchase before through paypal usually just checking. 

It says it's been refunded to me on PayPal but my credit account doesn't show it as refunded yet. 

Wondering if it's common for this to have a bit of time processing? 
Also if it will be sent directly to my credit company or put into my wallet?

a credit transaction will show up in your cc statement,give it 3-7 days,up to 30days
