It can be frustrating when a preferred funding source isn't available for a purchase and I apologize. In some cases, the PayPal security system may make certain funding sources, like PayPal Credit, unavailable. If that's happening, then another funding source will need to be used. In other cases, large merchants, like Sony, Microsoft, Facebook, etc., use open-ended billing agreements to charge customers for services. PayPal Credit can't be used for those types of transactions.
