If for 21 day hold, add tracking number and money released within 3 days. If you do not add tracking number, mark transactions as shipped or processed. Then you get money 7 days (domestic), 14 days (intl).
If you account is limited for risk/security check, then you have to resolve the limitation first. If worst come to worse, you have to wait 180 days for release of money because of risk/security reasons.
