Help!

I'm new with paypal and I have a question-- I just transferred some money from my bank account for the first time not realized it would be pending for the next 5 days!! Is there any way I can cancel this transaction? Does anyone know?

Hello,

If the transaction still shows up as Pending in your PayPal account, you can contact Customer Service and ask them to cancel the transaction.

If the transaction shows up as Completed in your PayPal account, unfortunately there's nothing that PayPal can do to cancel it.

Thank you Conner, that does help. Unfortunately when I called customer service they were telling me to enter my phone number but wouldn’t accept it and asked for my 16 digit account number? Which I can’t find anywhere on my account. I’m going to try to stop payment at my bank in the morning and try to contact customer service again tomorrow. Thanks again!
