Having trouble sending money and my bank is confirmed

Hey guys,

I’m trying to send money to someone and I’ve confirmed all my accounts, checked with my bank—been on the phone waiting to speak with someone for an hour and have not had any resolution.

 

Please let me know if you guys have run into this issue and how to fix it.

I am also having the same issue spoke with customer service several times no resolution
