I paid for a dog halter from shop for free.com and it's been quite some time now there's no phone number and I can't seem to email them it won't go through and my payment went through PayPal can anyone help.
Suggest opening a dispute in the Resolution center requesting a refund. (This is assuming you did not use the Send Money feature and choose the "Friends and Family" option - if you did you won't be able to open a dispute.)
