Hello pay pal community,
I really need help here!
I need to get the refunds of two purchases I ordered from a closed pay pal account, I explain: I had a Merchant's account and wanted to switch to a Personal account due to I was no longer going to run that business, so I used up my remaining balance by ordering a few purchases and turns out once I closed the merchant's account it erased my whole account...I reopened my account with the same primary e-mail address I had assigned before I closed my Merchant's account and now ALL of my transactions are gone!
Problem is: the sellers sent me the refund of 2 of my purchases and I cannot accept the refunds because I no longer have/see the transactions in my account.
I do have both of the Transaction I.D.'s of both the payments/receipts from ebay and paypal.
Any suggestions?
