Why do I have to go through so many security steps. PayPal tell's me I can get my money in 30 min but it always takes 24 hrs when you use a debit card that is not with a major bank. This is false advertising and because when you add your Rush card, or Walmart debit they won't tell you it's a 24hr hold process because they don't trust the account. Don't use PayPal for money in 30min unless you have a major bank card and not a debit card. If you need your money now it will be delayed and they won't warn you before they block your funds. And they hide behind there security reasoning. false advertising if you ask me
