Getting / Activating, PayPal Cash / Debit card

Hi! I just opened my PayPal account. I wanted to find out how I receive a PayPal Cash/Debit card?

Is a PayPal Cash card different from a PayPal Debit card? Or are they the same?

One of the reasons I opened a PayPal account, is to have a PayPal debit card, that I can use.

There are several PayPal cards.
