Hello all, I have had a major issue trying to transfer 100$ to my bank recently. I made this transfer on the 31st of january and to this day it is still not in my bank account. Of course Ive called Paypal then my bank, eventually I got into contact with my banks ACH department to which then that prompted an hour plus long group chat with paypal customer service and we still got nowhere. I called my bank again and I was told to file a letter of non receipt? I havent done that yet, as Im not sure exactly how to and where to go to do it. Ive decided to come here for some insight as to what is going on. Ive made a transfer just fine months prior, I dont understand how this one would go south. Ive missed a payment because this too. If anyone can help me directly or at least point me to the right direction That would be wonderful. Thank you in advance
