Frustrating

Hi,

I am really surprised why Paypal is dealing with their client like this.

I had the following problem in the past:

We cannot send your money right now.

After many message my problem was solved and today the problem is getting back eventhough I have not done anything wrong.

I am really regret of opening an account with Paypal because it is really hard and complicated to deal with them.
