Fraudulent emails

I have had several emails (15-20) over the last three months supposedly from Paypal showing a purchase on my account from someone I have never heard of.  I always check my account to make sure that these claims are not going through my account.  I also hover over the email to figure out if it is actually from Paypal (which it is not).

I called Paypal to ask about this and was told just to delete it.  I did delete the first couple, but now I am saving them.

Has anyone else had this issue?  It is starting to concern me.

Thanks.

I noticed this email in my junk mail today!

I have not used my paypal account for several years so it seems rather strange to me and I have no Idea what the purchase is with google play as I never bought anything. I have no record of it in my paypal account either.
