Forgotten password but mobile was lost

I created a different account and I need to reset my password to retrieve it. 

However I lost my access to my phone number registered to it so I cannot pass the forgot password stages. 

The foru says I need to create a new accout for this but I need to use that email because it is my main one.

How do I still retrieve my account?
