Hello.  I live in Kansas, but I have plenty of family in Mexico, Mexico City to be exact. I am planning to visit them in April. I was wondering if PayPal charges extra fees for using your PayPal Debit Card in other countries. Thank you.

Just a regular "Business Debit" one.

There is a $1.50 withdrawal fee for foreign and domestic ATM machines and a one percent foreign transaction fee.
