I was trying to make a purchase but it kept saying something about a billing agreement, what do I do to make my payments go through since I have a balance of 700 on my paypal credit card
What are you trying to pay for? It sounds like they must have some sort of a subscription or automated payments setup which is why they're asking you to create a billing agreement with their site. Are you going through the whole process and getting a failure of some sort, or did you simply quit the process early when you saw the billing agreement?
