Finding old transaction

I'm looking for a transaction that took place in February 2015. The parameters for searching old transactions only goes back to March of that year. Thoughts? Thanks.

Something to try - Download or export your Transaction History, here's how:

* Login to your account.
* Click "Activity"
* Under "Simple" "Detailed"
* Click on "Statements"
* Click on "Activity export"
* Select "Custom Date Range"
* Select your "From" and "To" Dates
* Under the Format drop down - Select "CSV"
* Click "Create Report"
* When the report is completed - click "Download"


What this process does is export your history to a CSV file, you can then use an app like Excel to sort, view, create and print your own reports.

The problem is that the transaction I'm looking for is outside of the selectable dates. I can only set the parameters of the search back to March 2015, but the transaction I'm looking for occurred in Feb. 2015.

I'm sorry to hear of the difficulty you're having finding a transaction. The activity download will only go back 3 years. If you need to find a transaction from before that time, you can contact customer support to request that a teammate look back manually using any details that you can provide to locate the transaction. You can reach customer support by Facebook, Twitter, or phone or email.
