How do I do change my account to friends and family so I do not get charged a fee by PayPal? It is annoying every time someone sends me money they take out a large chunk of it.

Are you referring to PayPal.Me or just your Personal Account ??    If just your Personal Account, then see this.

If using PayPal.ME -

PayPal.ME

You can switch between Family and Friends or Goods and Services by:

* Login to your PayPal Account.
* Click on "Send and Request".
* Click on "More".
* Click on "Manage PayPal.ME".
* Click the "pencil" icon on the top right of the page.
* Select either "Family and Friends" or "Goods and Services".
* Click "Save".

Note:
Payers can switch to Goods & Services if they're buying something. You can always go back to your account and switch your preference.
