I’ve been receiving payments periodically on PayPal. Every payment was being sent to me via electronic check because of the service fees. It was my understanding that service fees were only applied to payments made by credit or debit card. Originally, these electronic check payments were received fee-free but all of a sudden 2018 hit and now even those transactions are getting service fees attached to them. What’s the deal here?
