There are no commissions for sending money to friends and family if you only use the PayPal balance or the bank account, or a combination of both.
(There is a commission for sending money as a personal payment if you use a debit or credit card. The fee is 3.95% plus 4.00 MXN of the amount you send.) ** I AM NOT USING A CREDIT OR NOR DEB CARD **
(But im still paying comissions when do it...why? im not paying for any service nor buying any goods either)
