For reasons beyond my control recently removed my card from another paypal account and the closed that account. Afterwords I started a new account. When I tried to add my card to my new account I received a error message saying the card was linked to another account and to try again. What do I need to do to be able to add my card to my new account? Is there a wait time to add it to my new account?
