Email confirmation but no activity on my PayPal account

I have received that my upwork send me money to my paypal account, then I received email from paypal that upwork have sent me money and I need to push the claim your money then I can use it, but when I am going to my paypal account it shows me no activity, and no money 😞

Was the payment sent to the correct paypal linked email address or could it have been sent to an old email address?
