For well over a year, anytime I try to purchase something on Ebay I get a message that the payment type is not available no matter what type of payment I choose. I then check my PayPal account and I will have multiple pending transactions that eventually get reversed. These also show up as pending transactions on my CC, Debit, Checking, etc. I have contacted PayPal, and not received any information. I contacted my bank, and they are not declining the transactions. I have gone as far as creating new Ebay and PayPal accounts. Anyone else experience this?
