Ebay purchase using Paypal Credit

I am trying to make a purchase using my paypal credit line for a purchase made on my husband's ebay account but am not getting the Paypal Credit as an option for payment.

it is not always available,if it is,it will be shown as a payment option.

if you are using yur hubby Ebay account,do you expect Paypal to offer your Paypal credit as a payment option?
