Ebay Not Letting Me Purchase Anything Expensive

I have a cheqing account hooked up and every time i try to purchase somthing slighly expensive ebay gives me this message.

Sorry, this payment option isn't available. Here are your options:

• Select a different payment option.
• Contact PayPal customer service to resolve this issue.

That error. I hate that error. It's not because the item is expensive it's because PayPal's algos do random and weird things.

I get that error sometimes and here are some of the steps I took to remedy the issue.

1) Use a different browser and check out with that, chrome gave me errors that firefox didn't. Clear cache, cookies,

2) remove cards and try to add them in again on another browser

3) Create a new paypal accnt and add cards to this account and check out (make sure to remove cards from old accnt)

4) Wait 24 to 48 hours for PayPal's algos to reset. 

5) Use a different ebay account and a different PayPal accnt to check out

Very frustrating this one!
